Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. The operator’s contact details can be found in the section “Note on the Responsible Party” below.

How do we collect your data?
Some data is collected when you provide it to us, for example, by filling in a contact form.

2. Hosting

External Hosting
We host our website with:

Privacy Policy: https://www.hetzner.com/de/legal/privacy-policy/

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable website provision). If consent was requested, processing is carried out exclusively based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act), insofar as consent covers storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We have concluded a legally required DPA with Hetzner to ensure that personal data of our website visitors is processed only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. General Notes and Mandatory Information

Data Protection
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations as well as this Privacy Policy. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., email communication) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from third-party access is not possible.

Responsible Party
[Full name or company name of the website operator]
[Full postal address]
Phone: [Phone number]
Email: [Email address]

The “responsible party” is the natural or legal person who determines, alone or jointly with others, the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Storage Duration
Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, personal data will be stored until the purpose for its processing no longer applies. If you request deletion or revoke your consent to processing, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations.

Legal Basis for Data Processing
Depending on the context, we process your data based on:

  • Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR for special categories)

  • Contract performance or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

If you have consented to cookies or device access, processing is also based on § 25(1) TDDDG. For explicit consent to third-country transfers, Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR may apply.

Recipients of Personal Data
We share personal data with external parties only when required for contract fulfilment, by law, based on legitimate interest, or another legal basis. For processors, we only share data based on a valid DPA; for joint controllers, a joint processing agreement is in place.

Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw consent at any time. The legality of the processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, including profiling. We will then stop processing your data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is for legal claims. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe your rights under the GDPR have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in your place of habitual residence, your workplace, or the location of the alleged infringement.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to request information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing at any time, as well as the right to request rectification or deletion.

Right to Restrict Processing
You may request restriction of processing in specific cases, for example:

  • While verifying contested data accuracy

  • If processing is unlawful but you oppose deletion

  • If we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims

  • While a pending objection under Art. 21(1) GDPR is being reviewed
