ROCINANTE FILM
The idea for the company was born durding the studies at Filmacademy Baden-Württemberg. Rocinante Film was founded 2015 by Maximilian Feldmann and David Ruf in Berlin.
DAVID RUF
David Ruf was born in 1983 in Günzburg, Bavaria. After graduating from high school, he traveled to India, the Middle East, and South America, and rode a moped to Russia. From 2007 to 2014, he studied documentary filmmaking at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg. Since 2014, he has been working as a freelance director and producer for multimedia and mixed media productions in Berlin.

DR. THOMAS HUBER
Dr. Thomas R. Huber, born in 1966 in Munich, is an art and cultural scientist working as a freelance project manager. He conceives and implements creative projects, workshops, film productions, and cultural events. His focus areas include intercultural creativity, political and cultural education, and the development of new sociocultural and cross-medial formats.

JONAS BROCK
Jonas Brock was born and raised in Gera, Thuringia. After graduating from high school, he completed an apprenticeship at Kinderkanal, a joint children’s television channel of ARD and ZDF. Since 2020, he has been studying Film and Television Production at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF.
